Your Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is especially trained in providing holistic and comprehensive well-woman care, as well as basic GYN and primary care services. Moreover, she will work with you to accomplish your healthcare goals, as well as approach your health from a multi-faceted and integrated perspective. Referrals are given as needed for other specialists, like OBGYN physicians, among others.

✓Any visit that can be done in office can usually be done in home
✓Dates and restrictions apply for availability
✓For clients with radius between 25-50 miles extra charge is $100
✓For clients with radius between 50-75 miles extra charge is $150
Your visits could be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance plan, so an E-Bill will be provided when requested.
Your Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) is a fully integrated licensed medical provider in the state of North Carolina, so FSA and HRA cards are acceptable payments, among other credit/debit/cash/check payments.
The ONLY reason your visit may be rescheduled at the last moment would be in the rare case of a medical emergency by the CNM or if the CNM is at a birth. In these rare situations, your CNM will make EVERY effort to reschedule your visit at your earliest convenience.
