My name is Sarah and I have been a registered nurse since 2015. As a young girl, God planted a love for birth in my heart. He used this and my mother, who was also a nurse, to lead me into the nursing profession.
I began my career in a small hospital working on labor and delivery and mother baby. I gained much experience and learned a great deal there. However, after moving to North Carolina and praying about my next job opportunity, I โstumbledโ upon a birth center. This is where my eyes were providentially opened to the world of physiologic birth, and I have never looked back.
Being in the out of hospital setting and working with midwives has molded my nursing practice in so many ways. I am passionate about providing options to women for how they birth and the education and empowerment to do so. I truly look forward to being a part of your care team and supporting your birth and wellness journey.
