- Coordination of medical transport if needed
- Comprehensive postpartum care.

- The Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM)
- A Midwifery Assist
- As well as extra support from a Registered Nurse if indicated.
- All team members are certified in Basic Life Support (CPR) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) in case of an emergency.

- Confirmation visit early pregnancy with urine pregnancy test
- In Office Prenatal Visit every 4 weeks until 28 weeks
- Then every 2 weeks until 36 weeks (including In Home Visit at 36 weeks)
- Then weekly until 41 weeks
- After 41 weeks closer mom and baby monitoring is needed
- In home postpartum/newborn visits at 24-48 hours and then at 2 weeks
- In Home or in-office 6 week postpartum visit

It is hard to put into words how phenomenal, Carly and her team have been. They took over my prenatal care in my third Trimester when me and my husband had to make a difficult decision because of finances. After a lot of discussion and pray my heart was set to have a natural home birth so we decided to switch providers. I feel so blessed that Carly had an opening for me. After speaking with her for the first time I felt so at ease about my decision. Her and her team made me feel so at ease through the process especially switching from a hospital birth to home birth so last minute and this being my first baby. The support during my labor was so amazing without Carly and her Team I donβt know if I would have been able to push through they were so supportive encouraging and helpful throughout the process and did a wonderful job helping push through to the wonderful moment I met my baby girl. The support after birth was just as amazing. Carly is truly called by God to do this work. And I canβt thank her and her team enough for all that they did.
