SARAH CLEMENTS, RN
Sarah Clements, RN, serves as the Postpartum Care Manager at New Eden Birth & Wellness, providing compassionate and attentive care to mothers and newborns during the important transition after birth.
As part of the New Eden care team, Sarah provides 24-hour newborn visits, completing comprehensive newborn assessments that include weight and feeding evaluation, vital signs, and overall newborn wellness. She also supports mothers during the early postpartum period by assessing recovery, bleeding, comfort, feeding and breastfeeding concerns, emotional well-being, and the transition into life with a new baby.
Sarah also serves as a Newborn Hearing Screening Technician, providing families with an important early screening to help ensure their little ones receive a healthy start.
With a nurturing approach and a heart for supporting growing families, Sarah helps extend New Eden’s personalized, faith-centered care beyond pregnancy and birth and into the sacred postpartum season.
MARCIA JANKEE
Marcia Jankee serves as a Midwife Apprentice, Perinatal Educator, and Administrative Assistant at New Eden Birth & Wellness, combining hands-on clinical learning, education, and behind-the-scenes support with a genuine heart for mothers and growing families.
As a Midwife Apprentice, Marcia works alongside the New Eden midwifery team throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum while continuing to develop her clinical skills and experience on her journey toward becoming a midwife. She is passionate about helping women feel informed, confident, respected, and supported as they prepare for birth and motherhood.
As a Perinatal Educator, Marcia helps families understand pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. She believes education is an important part of informed decision-making and equips families with practical knowledge while encouraging them to take an active role in their care.
Marcia also serves as an Administrative Assistant, helping support the day-to-day operations of the practice and ensuring families experience thoughtful, organized, and personalized care from their first interaction with New Eden.
For Marcia, birth work is more than a profession—it is a ministry and a calling. Her approach is rooted in faith, compassion, education, and a desire to walk alongside families during some of life’s most sacred moments.
ONEICESA WASHINGTON, RN
Oneicesa Washington, RN, serves as the Triad Nurse Care Manager and Midwife Assistant at New Eden Birth & Wellness, providing compassionate, attentive care to mothers and babies throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season.
As a Midwife Assistant, Oneicesa works alongside the New Eden midwifery team to support families during labor and birth, bringing her nursing experience, calm presence, and commitment to safe, personalized care into the birth space.
As our Triad Nurse Care Manager, Oneicesa provides 24-hour postpartum and newborn visits, including newborn weight and feeding evaluation, vital signs, overall wellness assessments, and support for families as they adjust to life with their new baby. She also assesses maternal recovery, bleeding, comfort, breastfeeding and feeding concerns, emotional well-being, and the overall postpartum transition.
With a heart for mothers and growing families, Oneicesa provides education, reassurance, and compassionate support during some of life’s most sacred moments. Through both her nursing and midwifery roles, she helps extend New Eden’s faith-centered, family-focused approach to care to families throughout the Triad.
